What happens when AI Receptionist minutes run out?+

You are not charged extra. Callers go to voicemail and get a text back. We tell you before it happens, at 80% and again at 100%. If you want it to keep answering, you can turn on pay-per-minute yourself. Unused minutes carry over for 60 days, and calls under 15 seconds don't count.

How does the first-month price work?+

If you pay monthly, your first paid month is half price. After that you pay the normal monthly price shown on the plan. You see that price on the plan card, on the checkout page before you pay, and on your receipt. Yearly plans already cost less, so the half-price month is not added to them. It is offered once per business.

How do I cancel?+

In Settings, in two clicks. No phone call needed. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep everything you paid for until the end of that period. After that your account is read-only, and you can still export your data.

What do payments cost?+

TradeSummit adds no fee of its own to your customers' payments. You only pay the payment processor's standard rates. Bank transfers cost much less than cards, so invoices over $1,000 show bank payment first, with card as the other choice.

Who owns my data?+

You do. You can export your customers, jobs, estimates and invoices at any time. If a trial ends without a plan, the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

What's in the free trial?+

14 days of the main Company plan features. No credit card needed. The AI Receptionist is not part of the trial. The trial also has smaller allowances for TradeSummit Intelligence and customer texts than a paid plan.
